Residential Leasing and Media AdministratorLocationDepartmentOperations ResidentialImperra is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Leasing and Media Administrator to oversee the rental process from inquiry to move-in. This dynamic role involves working closely with applicants and realtors, updating rental listings, preparing leases, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new tenants. The ideal candidate will also support the marketing side of the business by promoting properties through social media, creating engaging posts, and capturing on-site content. Strong communication skills, organization, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Tenant Relations:Manage the full rental process from initial inquiry to tenant move-in.Work closely with prospective applicants and realtors, providing excellent customer service.Update and maintain accurate rental listings across various platforms.Prepare lease agreements and related documentation.Facilitate a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new tenants.Social Media & Marketing:Promote available properties through various social media channels.Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts to attract prospective tenants.Capture on-site content (photos, videos) to showcase properties effectively.Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed to support property occupancy goals.Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $50,000 $60,000 annually.Health benefits plan eligibility after three months of continuous service.Paid vacation time.Free parkingOpportunities to grow into more senior positions based on performance.QualificationsProven experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer service role.Demonstrated experience with social media content creation and marketing.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with relevant property management software Yardi and social media platforms.A proactive, detail-oriented, and personable approach to daily tasks.Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (Ontario) is an asset.Must have a valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to various property locations.About ImperraEstablished over 60 years ago, Imperra stands as a distinguished leader in property management, specializing in private family office real estate asset management across Ontario.
