OFFICE ASSOCIATE - Temporary Office ManagerPosition Summary:Our Office Managers are trained and ready to help an office run efficiently through a range of administrative, financial, and managerial tasks. We know that Office Managers are a key player in keeping offices running efficiently by providing employees with resources and tools, as well as executing company-wide initiatives to preserve and improve organizational processes.Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards, and proceduresOversee and support all administrative duties and ensure that office is operating smoothlyAssign and monitor reception and administrative duties and tasks among office staffRecruit staff for the office, provide orientation and train new employeesEvaluate and manage staff performance and provide coaching and guidanceManage internal staff relationsOrganize company-wide, corporate and internal meetings, parties, and eventsAssist with office layout planning and office movesManage office budgetHandle customer inquiries and complaintsIdentify opportunities for office management improvements and implement new systemsProvide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports or presentationsCoordinate and plan for office services as needed, such as accommodations, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security servicesAssist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controlsAssemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondenceUse a variety of project management, communication and organizational skills to support managementProvide additional support to office administrators as requiredQualifications & Skills:High School Diploma or GEDBachelor's degree in business administration is preferredMinimum five (5) years experience in a supervisory roleExcellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsExperience with scheduling, budgeting, and payrollComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrategic planning and business development skillsSubmit your resume and cover letter to The Agency at questions can be directed to Courtney 780-833-1112.At The Agency, we prioritize your privacy and confidentiality.
