About the Role As a Salesforce Account Executive, youll work closely with our VP of Sales, Enterprise, and CEO and be an integral part of the NeuraFlash Sales team focused on the Health and Life Sciences (HLS) vertical within Salesforce. You will manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, creating pipeline, qualification, evaluation, close, and strong account management, and will play a vital role in the success of the overall sales team. Core Responsibilities Perform as a key employee in the role of Account Executive, with a focus on winning new business, driving pipeline, and building trust and strong relationships with our customers Tightly partner with the Salesforce sales and customer success organizations including Core AEs and SEs in the HLS organization Be a leader at NeuraFlash by being the quarterback with our customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates to ensure high satisfaction maintaining and growing our strong brand Be a quotacarrying top sales performer focused on new logos who is looking to learn and innovate to help the company meet its sales and highgrowth targets Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to continually take advantage of new market opportunities Help maintain updated lead followup, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce Continuously ensure the highest possible level of Customer Experience (for NeuraFlashs customers, and our partner Salesforce), by delivering quality and timely responses Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce Certifications Required Experience 58 years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling into large Services accounts 23+ years of experience selling software to Health and Life Sciences companies Industry knowledge and strong network with channel partners (Salesforce) Experience with Salesforce, selling endtoend implementations Experience selling complex technology solutions Skills / Interpersonal Strong executive presence and customerfacing communication skills Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fastpaced team environment Passion to succeed and drive the company forward Whats it like to be a part of NeuraFlash?
