Must be available to work onsite in Ottawa. Only candidates who hold an active Secret Clearance will be considered. Being bilingual is an asset. Must have 5+ years of Help Desk experience.Job Description:Successful candidates will be providing various levels of IM/IT services to clients via telephone, Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools, and/or email.
