Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support large-scale transformation initiatives.This is an immediate long term role and onsite position based in Winnipeg with potential for extension. ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of organizational change managementstrategies for large-scale transformation initiativesAssess change impacts and develop mitigation strategies to support successful adoptionPartner with project teams, clinical stakeholders, and leadership to align change initiatives with operational goalsDesign and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and readiness assessmentsDevelop and implement training materials and curriculum to support process and system changesSupport the implementation of standardized staff scheduling processes across multiple healthcare organizationsContribute to the development and rollout of governance frameworks and operational delivery modelsMonitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to ensure successful change outcomesProvide guidance and leadership to project teams on change management best practicesQualificationsCertified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation is requiredProsci Change Management Certification (ADKAR) is required15+ years of experience delivering organizational change management for large-scale projects involving IT systems, process transformation, or business architecture8+ years of experience in a project management or team lead capacity supporting complex initiatives6+ years of experience developing training materials and curriculum for process and system changes3+ years of experience supporting organizational change related to standardized staff scheduling across multiple healthcare organizations2+ years of experience implementing governance models within a healthcare environment1+ year of experience developing operational delivery models to improve patient access in healthcare settingsCriminal background is requiredAt Aplin together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
