The position leads solution design, implementation, continuous improvement initiatives, monthly release management, and production support. When you join Precision, you join a company that puts people first.DAY IN THE LIFEServe as SME for SAP Operations functions, primarily SAP Enterprise Asset Management (PM), with knowledge of related modules (MM, SD, EHS, QM, MOC, and in house drilling tools)Lead functional support for SAP PM (preferably S/4HANA), including integration across MM, FI, CO, PP and key technical areas (ABAP, Fiori, Security, Reporting)Provide functional leadership through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration, while supporting portfolio planning and coordinating project executionConfigure, maintain, and enhance SAP solutions by gathering requirements, designing/testing solutions, documenting specifications, defining security needs, and supporting change managementBuild strong relationships with business partners, identify process improvements, manage minor enhancements, contribute to larger projects, and provide end user supportWHAT WE NEED FROM YOUUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, with 10+ years as an SAP Functional Analyst across operations modules (EAM, SCM, SD, PP, EHS, MOC)Minimum 3 years managing small to mid sized teams, including day to day coordination and performance reviews; prior leadership experience considered an assetStrong understanding of business process design, SAP functional capabilities, and data management, ideally with exposure to the oil and gas industryExcellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business friendly languageDetail oriented, adaptable, service focused, and committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within a team environmentDrive your career forward with Precision Drillingapply today and take the lead in shaping the future of energy with a company that values safety, performance, and your potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
