Job details Location: 2250 Victoria Park Ave North York, ON M1R 1V9 Salary: 56,160 annually / 30 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time Education requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Implement new administrative procedures Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Delegate work to office support staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Train staff Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures Resolve conflict situations Plan and control budget and expenditures Who can apply for this job?
