About the Role As a Senior Deployment Engineer, youll serve as a key link between our engineering and client success teams. Youll ensure that Atolios enterprise search platform is deployed smoothly, securely, and efficiently in a variety of environments. Youll take ownership of the full deployment lifecycle, including environment setup, infrastructure provisioning, configuration, integration, and monitoring. Your work will play a vital role in driving client adoption and satisfaction. What Youll Do Lead client specific deployments and onboarding of Atolios platform in cloud native or hybrid environments Design and implement deployment processes focused on scalability, security, and reliability Integrate Atolio with a range of enterprise systems (e.g., document repositories, ticketing systems, code repositories) Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and system performance Build automation scripts and tooling to streamline operations and minimize manual tasks Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in collaboration with clients' internal engineering teams Maintain accurate deployment documentation and promote best practices for internal and external use What Were Looking For 5+ years in a deployment, DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering role Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Strong background in containerization, especially with Kubernetes Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructureascode tools such as Terraform and Helm Knowledge of secure networking, identity management (e.g., SAML, OIDC), and API integrations Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Okta, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Salesforce Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog Programming experience in at least one language (Go, Python, or similar); familiarity with Golang is a plus Excellent troubleshooting abilities and clear, empathetic communication with external stakeholders A mindset focused on automation, repeatability, and scalable solutions Experience deploying onpremises enterprise solutions is preferred Background in search, data pipelines, or largescale distributed systems is preferred Why Youll Love Working Here Make an impact from day one: your work will directly support client success Autonomy and ownership: we empower you to make key technical and operational decisions Flexible hours and remotefriendly culture: work in a way that fits your life Transparent founders and missiondriven team: help build meaningful technology with realworld impact Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and earlystage equity Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Home office stipend Flexible PTO policy Seniority level: MidSenior level Employment type: Fulltime Job function: Information Technology Industries: Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Atolio by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
