Position: Business Analysis Capital Markets and Financial ServicesDuration: 6 month assignment(contract)Client Location: Toronto, ON HybridEngagement Model: Professional Services Engagement B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)About this Role:Skills Required:Business Analysis Capital Markets and Financial ServicesJob Description:Lead business analysis efforts for capital markets initiatives including trading plat-forms, investment products, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with stakeholders across front, middle, and back office to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.Support account management functions by enhancing client onboarding, reporting, and servicing processes.Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and root cause investigations for system and process improvements.Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and walkthroughs to validate requirements and solutions.Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect triaging.Stay current with capital markets trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologiesThis is a business-to-business engagement.
