Job Summary HC Habitation is seeking a dependable and proactive Senior Labourer (Site Support Specialist) to support field operations, service work, and overall site readiness across multiple residential construction projects.This is a handson role that goes beyond typical labour tasks. You will work closely with the Site Superintendent and play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly by anticipating needs, handling service and warranty calls, and maintaining organized, protected job sites. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, selfsufficient, and capable of planning their work based on project schedules. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain job sites to ensure readiness for upcoming work Perform service and warrantyrelated tasks across multiple projects Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues independently Review construction schedules to plan and prioritize daily work Support Site Superintendent and site supervisors as needed Ensure proper site protection, cleanliness, and organization Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle Travel between job sites within the Greater Montreal area Requirements Experience in construction, general labour, or servicerelated work Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving ability Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good organizational and timemanagement skills Valid driver''s license (required) Ability to handle physical work and lift materials as needed Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Nice to Have Experience in residential construction Familiarity with service or warranty work Basic knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, finishing, etc.) Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage of approximately $38/hour (based on experience) Companyprovided service vehicle 6 weeks paid time off per year Stable, fulltime position Opportunity for growth within a growing company Work Location Onsite across multiple residential projects in the Greater Montreal Area How to Apply Please submit your resume/CV in English to apply.
