Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, for a Director Project Manager in the Global Banking and Markets division of Scotiabank. The Director Project Manager will lead and oversee strategic projects, manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, and ensure deliverables align with the banks business objectives. This role includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring project progress, managing budgets and timelines, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes. The candidate will play a key role in driving innovative solutions and contributing to the organizational strategy. Qualifications Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk management. Proficiency in Expediting and Inspection processes to ensure timely and quality project deliverables. Knowledge of Expeditor and Logistics Management for efficient resource allocation and coordination. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of the financial services industry and global banking practices is an asset. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
