Become a vital member of TELUS Health as a Bilingual Pension Customer Service Representative. This hybrid role requires fluency in French and English to support plan members with inquiries and information. In this dynamic position, you will leverage your strong communication and organizational skills while providing excellent customer service to pension plan members. The role involves addressing member requests, utilizing internal software systems, and assisting senior teammates with data management. You will also expand your industry knowledge through training sessions, ensuring integrity in every transaction along with a focus on risk management. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from plan members Utilize internal databases for accurate responses Process information and maintain membership records Participate in special projects and support senior staff Uphold quality control and service standards in all interactions Requirements: Fluency in French and English is mandatory Strong communication and organizational skills Autonomy in completing tasks and solving problems Experience in a call center or customer service setting is preferred Familiarity with pension systems and Microsoft Office is an asset Deliver exceptional service to TELUS Health members by addressing their inquiries and ensuring quality support in the pension administration process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
