Become part of UFAs successful team as a Customer Sales and Service Representative 2. This casual position thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and sales support. In this active role, you will work closely with the customer to fulfill their purchasing needs, ensuring services align with UFAs Customer Service Policy. Your responsibilities span from managing transactions to eCommerce requests, integrating various store functions while maximizing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Deliver prompt and courteous service in person and over the phone Execute sales leads and manage customer interactions Perform cash opening and closing tasks accurately Assist with product shipping and receiving assignments Organize and maintain UFA standards in all areas Requirements: 35 years of customer service experience required Grade 12 diploma necessary for application Background knowledge of agriculture or petroleum preferred Self-motivated and eager to learn about UFAs business Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physical tasks Contribute to UFA''s commitment to customer care and operational integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
