Become a cornerstone of community wellness as the Associate Director of Finance & Administration at Chippewas of the Thames First Nation. Key Responsibilities: Strengthen financial operations within the Health Department Develop budget and financial planning strategies Ensure compliance with fiscal policies and agreements Oversee financial reporting and risk management practices Collaborate with directors to synchronize financial and service priorities Requirements: Relevant post-secondary degree in Finance or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in finance 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles Advanced Excel proficiency Preferred background in Indigenous organizations Enhance health services and community well-being through your financial leadership at Chippewas of the Thames. #J-18808-Ljbffr
