Step into the CGC Inc. team as a Mine Engineer. Drive safety and efficiency initiatives within an open pit gypsum quarry environment. In this role, you will report to the Quarry Manager and lead engineering projects to ensure optimal mine operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Mine Engineering and showcase strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities. You will work closely with maintenance and production teams to achieve significant improvements in mining methods and equipment performance. Key Responsibilities: Assist with mine maintenance project design and planning Work collaboratively to enhance mining operations Analyze challenges and provide effective recommendations Evaluate and suggest improvements in mine design Manage implementation of capital improvement plans Requirements: Bachelor''s Degree in Mine Engineering is preferred Relevant mining or manufacturing experience is advantageous Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles an asset Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office Join CGC Inc. to impact safety and productivity while advancing your engineering career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
