Join an innovative biotech organization where youll help establish and scale Quality Control processes for reagents and consumables as the company moves from prototype through clinical and commercial manufacturing.Who you are:Bachelors degree in a technical field with 5+ years of experience in Quality within a cGMP environmentHands-on experience supporting QC/QA for injection molding processes is a MUSTHands on experience with NPI.Background working with reagents, consumables, or IVD-related manufacturingStrong attention to detail with excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsWhat youll do:Execute QC activities including incoming, in-process, and final inspections, batch record review, and product releasePartner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Development teams to define inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and quality controlsparticularly for injection-molded componentsLead and support investigations including OOS, quality incidents, and CAPAs related to manufacturing processes and productsEstablish and improve QC processes, work instructions, supplier quality activities, and Materials Review Board operationsWhy work here:Play a key role in building the QC foundation for a growing biotech manufacturing operationInfluence how products scale from early development to clinical and commercial useCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams shaping real-world diagnostic productsWhat does this position pay?Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.The expected range for this role is $50,000$68,000 per year CAD.
