Drive impactful training initiatives as a Training Implementation Expert at Loblaw Companies. This role involves strategic training across PC Express with a focus on operational excellence. In this 18-month contract position, you will be instrumental in introducing new initiatives through targeted training sessions. Your strong organizational skills and proactive approach will enhance processes and ensure alignment with business objectives while traveling about 50% within Canada. Key Responsibilities: Lead training programs on best operational practices Develop execution guides and standard operating procedures Foster collaboration with Product Managers and Store Teams Analyze training needs to drive effective programs Deliver feedback that informs best practices and improvements Requirements: Energetic self-starter with presentation expertise Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft suite 3 years of management experience is desirable Flexibility to travel across Canada occasionally Contribute your training leadership to elevate Loblaw Companies operational standards and customer experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
