Your responsibilities include creating individualized care plans, monitoring their implementation, and engaging residents in daily living activities. Key Responsibilities: Observe and report on residents health and safety Develop Individualized Service Plans with the team Conduct regular check-ins with residents during shifts Facilitate engaging daily activities for residents Support safe dining experiences and meal services Requirements: High School diploma or GED necessary CPR and First Aid certifications required Prior experience caring for seniors preferred Ability to adhere to safety and care protocols Must be at least 18 years old Drive positive change in senior living by being a part of the Sunrise Senior Living Care Team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
