Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist located at our Mississauga, ON location. The role involves assisting customers with their vehicle purchasing journey by providing expert vehicle knowledge and personalized recommendations. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting features and benefits of vehicles, conducting test drives, facilitating the sales process, and ensuring high levels of customer service satisfaction. The Product Specialist works closely with the sales team to achieve dealership goals. Qualifications Expertise as a Product Specialist with in-depth knowledge of motor vehicles and their features. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and offer tailored recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and explain complex vehicle features clearly. Exceptional customer service and sales skills to support clients throughout the purchasing process. Ability to work in a team environment and align with dealership values. Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required. Knowledge of the Hyundai product line-up or automotive industry trends is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in related fields are beneficial. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. #J-18808-Ljbffr
