Job Description

The Opportunity Join a professional flight department operating the CL30 across Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, and Western Europe. Youll support the Captain in all phases of flight, uphold rigorous safety standards, and contribute to a polished, guest-centric cabin experience. What Youll Do - Partner with the Captain to plan and execute flights to the highest safety and service standards. - Conduct flight planning, weather OTAM review, performance calculations, and weight & balance. - Manage FMS, navigation, and radio duties; maintain exemplary CRM and threat/error management. - Perform precise checklists and standard operating procedures; ensure compliance with all regulations. - Contribute to exceptional onboard hospitality and customer care throughout the journey. - Support continuous improvement through training, currency, and proactive safety reporting. Minimum Qualifications - Total Time: 1,000 hours - PIC Time: 100 hours - Multi-Engine: 500 hours - License Required: IATRA (TCCA) - Medical: Class 1 - Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+ - Type Rating: Not required training provided (NTR welcome) Additional Requirements - Excellent customer service abilities with a polished, professional presence. - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and situational awareness. - Effective organizational and time-management skills in dynamic environments. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player. - Hold and maintain a current PPC for an aircraft in the applicable grouping (or be eligible to obtain and maintain currency). - A valid passport with necessary visas enabling unrestricted travel within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, and Western Europe. Preference will be given to candidates with time on type (CL30/Challenger 300/350). Training & Growth Non-type-rated candidates are encouraged to apply.
