Technicienne de service Assurez la performance des bornes FLO sur la route ! Vous aimez tre sur le terrain, rsoudre des problmes techniques et offrir un service client exceptionnel ? Chez FLO, nous ne construisons pas seulement des bornes de recharge : nous rvolutionnons la mobilit lectrique. En rejoignant notre quipe dploiement et support, vous serez au cur des oprations, garantissant le bon fonctionnement de nos bornes et la satisfaction de nos clients. Votre rle Un quotidien vari et stimulant : - Effectuer des diagnostics et rparations dquipements de recharge de vhicules lectriques sur la route (principalement au Qubec). - Raliser des entretiens prventifs et correctifs pour assurer la performance des bornes. - Collaborer la cration de procdures dintervention pour diffrents types de problmes. - Complter les rapports de service et bons de travail avec rigueur. - Grer linventaire des pices dans votre vhicule FLO. - Reprsenter FLO chez nos clients en tant quambassadeurrice de notre mission. Zones gographiques - Nous recherchons des candidates bass dans un rayon denviron 40 km autour de Montebello, une zone stratgique situe proximit de notre clientle. - Le travail seffectue principalement sur la route. Formation & exprience - DEP en lectromcanique ou diplme quivalent. - 0 3 ans dexprience dans un poste similaire. - Exprience en rparation dquipements lectrotechniques en opration. - Bonne communication orale et crite. - Bilingue franais/anglais (oral). - Permis de conduire valide (classe 5) et disponibilit pour voyager (50-75%). - Matrise de la suite Microsoft Office (environnement Windows) - Autorisation pour voyager aux tats-Unis. Savoirtre & comptences cls - Sens des responsabilits, autonomie et dbrouillardise. - Capacit investiguer et rsoudre des problmes techniques. - Orientation client et esprit collaboratif. Your Role A dynamic and engaging daily mission: - Perform diagnostics and repairs on electric vehicle charging equipment in the field (primarily in Quebec). - Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal charger performance. - Contribute to the development of intervention procedures for various types of issues. - Complete service reports and work orders with accuracy and attention to detail. - Manage the parts inventory in your FLO service vehicle. - Represent FLO at customer sites as an ambassador of our mission. Geographic Area - We are seeking candidates located within approximately 40 km of Montebello, a strategically positioned area close to our customer base. - The role involves primarily ontheroad work. Education & Experience - Vocational diploma (DEP) in electromechanics or equivalent qualification. - 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. - Experience in repairing electrotechnical equipment in the field. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Bilingual in French and English (spoken). - Valid drivers license (Class 5) and availability to travel (50-75%). - Authorization to travel to the United States.
