At TD Insurance, we are looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented Claims Advisor for the Catastrophe Claims Department. This role focuses on investigating and settling both Residential and Auto claims during catastrophic events. You will communicate with clients to ensure a seamless claims process while managing expectations and following up on claims efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and settle catastrophe claims for clients Open new claims, appraise damages, and generate settlements Review inspection reports to confirm damage related to losses Collaborate with internal partners to enhance customer experience Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the process Requirements: Minimum two years of claims adjusting experience Computer literacy with Xactimate knowledge is an asset Strong negotiation and customer service skills Excellent organization and time management Bilingualism in English and French preferred Use your experience and compassion to impact clients' lives positively as a Catastrophe Claims Advisor at TD Insurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
