We are looking for a Manager, Training, Development & Recognition to join our growing team of committed professionals. This full-time role plays a key role in building a culture where people feel supported, developed, and celebrated. Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, the Manager, Training, Development & Recognition leads the design and delivery of YMCA NEOs learning, development, and recognition programs. This role is central to building a strong, futurefocused learning culturepartnering with People & Culture Business Partners (P&C BPs) and business unit leaders to align training with evolving operational needs, strengthen leadership capacity, and support career growth across the organization. You will also oversee the Citation learning platform, ensure compliance with legislated and rolebased training requirements, and lead recognition initiatives that bring our values to life and enhance the employee experience. As an integral member of the People & Culture management team, this role operates within a centralized model and contributes to organizationwide people strategies.
