Growth Lead Western Canada (Alberta / British Columbia) Location: Alberta or British Columbia (Travel Required) Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Role Overview The Growth Lead Western Canada will drive commercial growth across Alberta and British Columbia. Alberta is our established market with proven traction. British Columbia is a new expansion and a key priority. This is a hands-on builder role you will personally lead early-stage growth, acting as the first commercial lead in-region before scaling additional support as success is demonstrated. You will work closely with the Head of Growth Ontario to ensure alignment and scalability across provinces. Key Responsibilities Market Growth - Own growth strategy and revenue across Alberta and British Columbia - Build and manage the commercial pipeline - Identify, qualify, and close clinic and physician partnerships - Maintain strong in-market presence Execution & Team Build - Act as the primary Account Executive in early-stage expansion (prospecting through close) - Drive initial traction and validate the growth model - Hire and scale team members only as pipeline and revenue justify - Establish basic sales processes, forecasting, and performance tracking Cross-Provincial Collaboration - Collaborate with the Head of Growth Ontario on refining the growth playbook - Contribute insights to improve scalability across provinces Relationships & Expansion - Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders and referral networks - Represent the company in-market - Support future provincial expansion as needed What Were Looking For - 58+ years in growth, business development, or sales - Proven ability to build a market from early stage - Strong full-cycle sales experience - Comfortable operating as an individual contributor - Experience in Alberta and/or British Columbia (healthcare preferred) - Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on whatever is needed in a startup environment. What Success Looks Like - Revenue growth in Alberta and expansion into British Columbia - Strong partner acquisition and pipeline conversion - Clear path to scalable growth model in Western Canada Compensation and Earning Potential - Base salary of $90,000$110,000 based on experience, plus performance-based bonus tied to revenue generation.
