Position: Manager, Marketing Operations & Content Company: Stone Tile International Inc. Reports to: Vice President, E-Commerce and Chief Customer & Gallery Officer Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (4 days Onsite, 1 day WFH) Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 AI Disclosure: No AI screening used Vacancy Status: New role Stone Tile International Inc. is looking for a Manager, Marketing Operations & Content . Celebrating our 30th anniversary in 2022, we are North Americas leading fashion house of natural and manufactured tiles, stone, and wood. With over 160 employees and showrooms across major Canadian cities such as Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and Calgary, we are seeking to improve our international reputation as a luxury design firm for the architects and designers community as well as discerning residential customers to redefine their spaces to transcend the ordinary. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying the Stone Tile brand across Canada, through our galleries and online experiences. This leader will oversee integrated campaigns, brand storytelling, and crossfunctional collaborations to ensure Stone Tile is topofmind in the design and luxury surfaces market. The role will combine planning with handson execution, while owning performance metrics, budget allocation, and crossfunctional alignment to deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Build & execute content planning for social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns; ensure consistent brand voice and visuals aligned to galleryesque positioning while tailoring content for B2B audiences and homeowners. Importantly, this role will also be integral to our digital performance marketing experience, requiring handson experience building and managing marketing assets within a Magento ecommerce environment (including templates, PDPs, and landing pages) in partnership with product onboarding specialist. Monitor analytics dashboards; optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as conversion, engagement, costperlead, and ROI. Partner with external agencies to manage paid performance marketing campaigns, including setting goals, aligning budgets, and reviewing performance reports to ensure ROI targets are met. Coordinate with agencies on SEO/SEM strategies for both Magento and Shopify environments, ensuring recommendations align with business priorities and deliver improved search visibility and traffic quality. Collaborate with the VP of eCommerce and agency partners on conversion rate optimization (CRO) by reviewing A/B test results, funnel performance, and UX improvements, then applying insights to guide next steps. Brand & Campaign Execution Execute national marketing campaigns, ensuring synergy across digital channels, social platforms, galleries, and trade show activations. Coordinate designerfocused initiatives. Partner with Events & Hospitality on campaigns that integrate gallery activations with digital storytelling. Coordinate campaign calendars, brand guidelines, and creative briefs, ensuring alignment across all channels. Content & Storytelling Translate product launches into compelling narratives across digital, print, and ingallery signage in collaboration with merchandising team. Oversee social channels (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) in collaboration with agency. Create and cocreate content with agency. Capture content in galleries, events, and installations. Maintain a consistent luxury brand aesthetic. Manage content calendar and posting cadence. Event & Gallery Marketing Support gallery activations and events where required. Capture live content for social and marketing use. Assist with coordination of media and guest lists. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3+ years of marketing experience (luxury, retail, design, or lifestyle industry preferred). Proven success managing marketing campaigns. Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple campaigns. Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills with a luxury brand sensibility. Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, and campaign reporting. Demonstrated experience with Magento (or similar CMS/ecommerce platforms) including content updates, template creation, and campaign landing pages. Handson knowledge of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, CRO) and experience translating results into strategy. Collaborative leader who thrives in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment. Primarily office and gallerybased, with occasional travel to exhibitions, events, or client locations.
