Our client seeks a motivated Junior AS400 RPG Programmer to maintain and enhance core systems on the IBM i platform. This on-site role allows you to gain experience in troubleshooting, data handling, and system operations under direct mentorship from a senior developer. Contribute to key business processes such as inventory, order processing, and distribution while sharpening your programming skills. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve daily system issues efficiently Maintain and update existing RPG programs under guidance Monitor batch job performance and stability Assist with data imports and validate accuracy Document workflows to support knowledge sharing Requirements: 2+ years of experience with AS400 / IBM i Familiarity with RPG (RPG III, RPG IV, RPGLE) Basic SQL and DB2 knowledge Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Willingness to learn in a hands-on environment Advance your skills in programming and system support with essential mentorship and practical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
