Join ATCO Frontec in Calgary as a Human Resources Business Partner in a hybrid role. Leverage your HR expertise to support business needs and employee relations. This one-year opportunity focuses on embedding HR within the business to enhance operational effectiveness. You will work collaboratively with management on staffing, performance management, and change initiatives while managing labor relations issues. Your experience will be vital to aligning talent programs with the needs of Frontec. Key Responsibilities: Develop partnerships with business leaders and support HR initiatives Act in HR capacity for new business and proposals Implement staffing plans and support project mobilizations Facilitate labor negotiations and employee relations matters Address performance issues and conduct workplace investigations Requirements: 5-7+ years of experience in HR, especially in employee relations Proven ability to build strong client relationships Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Bachelors degree in a relevant field CPHR designation is advantageous Use your HR knowledge to foster a cooperative environment at ATCO Frontec and support their people-focused initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
