propos du poste Nous sommes la recherche d''un Gestionnaire de produit principal (Principal Product Manager) exceptionnel pour btir la place de march API de HTS la couche commerciale et oriente dveloppeurs par laquelle nos partenaires entreprises accdent aux capacits d''hbergement et de location de voitures de Hopper. Il s''agit d''un vritable rle 0 1 . Vous serez la personne qui dfinit le produit : comment les capacits sont regroupes et tarifes, comment les partenaires les dcouvrent et les intgrent, et comment la place de march volue en tant que plateforme d''affaires. Les capacits techniques sous-jacentes orchestration de la connectivit, tarification et tri, cartographie de contenu, extranet sont dtenues par des quipes de capacits ddies. Votre rle est de travailler en troite collaboration avec ces gestionnaires de produits (PM) pour comprendre, packager et exposer commercialement ces capacits sous forme de produits API cohrents et de calibre entreprise. Nous attendons de ce PM qu''il agisse rapidement avec agilit scrappily . Vous devez tre l''aise avec les outils d''IA et la programmation intuitive (vibe coding) pour prototyper des flux de travail, simuler des API et tester l''exprience des partenaires avant de passer le relais l''ingnierie. Le candidat idal privilgiera toujours un prototype avant un document dexigences produit (PRD). Vous collaborerez avec les quipes d''ingnierie, de science des donnes, commerciales, financires et d''approvisionnement et vous coordonnerez troitement avec d''autres PM travers l''organisation pour faire passer la place de march du concept une plateforme gnratrice de revenus. Ce poste est entirement en tltravail. Responsabilits Dfinir la place de march API de HTS : structurer, packager et tarifer les capacits d''un portefeuille incluant HTS Connect, les polygones de recherche, l''autocompltion, le classement, la cartographie de contenu et de proprits, la cartographie de chambres, la dduplication/enchres, la tarification, l''extranet, les taxes et le moteur d''accords personnaliss. Coordonner avec les PM de capacits : comprendre la feuille de route, les contraintes et les possibilits de personnalisation des systmes techniques sous-jacents, et les traduire en produits API consommables l''externe. Grer le modle commercial : prendre les dcisions entre frais de plateforme et frais variables, dfinir la structure de commission (take rate) par capacit, le packaging entreprise et le cadre d''accords personnaliss pour les grands partenaires. Btir l''exprience dveloppeur et partenaire partir de zro : spcifications d''API, flux d''intgration des partenaires, normes de documentation, environnements bac sable (sandbox) et outils d''intgration minimisant le dlai de rentabilisation. Utiliser l''IA et le prototypage rapide : tester les ides rapidement (simulations de rponses API, prototypes de portails partenaires) avant d''engager des ressources d''ingnierie. tablir la stratgie de mise en march (GTM) : identifier les bons partenaires, squencer les lancements et dfinir les critres de succs commerciaux. Grer les revenus et pertes (P&L) de la place de march : modliser et suivre le volume d''affaires (GBV), le taux de commission et la rentabilit par unit de capacit en partenariat avec l''quipe des finances. Prioriser les tapes de dveloppement : du travail en cours (HTS Connect, Taxes) aux produits en phase de cadrage (Cartographie, Enchres) jusqu''aux capacits futures (Polygones de recherche, Classement, Extranet). Un(e) candidat(e) idal dtient: Plus de 7 ans d''exprience en gestion de produits, avec au moins un produit bti de 0 1 (du concept au lancement commercial). Exprience dmontre dans la cration de produits B2B ou de places de march orientes dveloppeurs, incluant la conception de produits API et le packaging commercial pour entreprises. Mthode de travail axe sur l''IA : vous utilisez les LLM et la programmation intuitive comme outils de premire ligne pour le prototypage. Vous avez dj conu des dmos ou des preuves de concept (PoC) fonctionnels via l''IA. Solide comprhension de l''conomie des places de march : commissions, incitatifs ct offre, optimisation ct demande et modles commerciaux variables vs plateforme. Capacit de coordination inter-quipes : synthtiser des feuilles de route et assurer l''alignement sans grer directement l''ingnierie sous-jacente. Exprience avec des partenaires entreprises externes : traduire les besoins commerciaux en exigences produit et grer les attentes lors de dploiements multiphass. Matrise de SQL et des ensembles de donnes transactionnels grande chelle. Excellentes capacits de communication crite et verbale , incluant la rdaction de documentation API et produit claire. About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager to build the HTS API Marketplace the commercial and developer-facing layer through which enterprise partners access Hopper''s lodging and cars capabilities. This is a true 0-to-1 role. You will be the person who defines what it is: how capabilities are packaged and priced, how partners discover and integrate them, and how the marketplace evolves as a platform business. The underlying technical capabilities connectivity orchestration, pricing and sort, content mapping, the extranet are owned by dedicated capability teams. Your job is to work closely with those PMs to understand, package, and commercially expose those capabilities as coherent, enterprise-grade API products. We expect this PM to move fast and build scrappily. You should be comfortable using AI tools and vibe coding to prototype workflows, mock APIs, and test partner experiences before handing off to engineering. The best candidate will reach for a prototype before a PRD. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, Finance, and Supply and coordinate tightly with other PMs across the organization to bring the marketplace from concept to a revenue-generating platform. This is a fully remote role. What would your day-to-day look like: Define what the HTS API Marketplace is: how capabilities are structured, packaged, and priced across a portfolio spanning HTS Connect, Search Polygons, Autocomplete, Ranking, Content & Property Mapping, Room Mapping, Deduplication/Auction, Pricing, Extranet, Taxes, and Custom Deals Engine. Coordinate with capability PMs who own the underlying technical systems to understand each capability''s roadmap, constraints, and customization surface, and translate that into externally-consumable API products. Own the commercial model for the marketplace: platform vs. variable fee decisions, take rate structure per capability, enterprise packaging, and the custom deals framework for large partners with differentiated customer segments. Build the developer and partner experience from scratch: API specifications, partner onboarding flows, documentation standards, sandbox environments, and integration tooling that minimizes time-to-first-value. Use AI tools and rapid prototyping to test ideas quickly mock API responses, prototype partner portals, simulate pricing and ranking configurations before committing engineering resources. Establish the go-to-market motion for the marketplace: work with Commercial to identify the right partners for each capability, sequence launches, and define what a successful commercial rollout looks like. Own the marketplace revenue P&L : model and track GBV, take rate, and per-capability unit economics in partnership with Finance. Set the sequencing and prioritization across all capabilities from in-progress work (HTS Connect, Taxes) through scoping-stage products (Content & Property Mapping, Room Mapping, Deduplication/Auction, Pricing) to capabilities not yet started (Search Polygons, Autocomplete, Ranking, Extranet, Custom Deals Engine). An ideal candidate has: 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least one 0-to-1 product you built from concept to commercial launch. Demonstrated experience building developer-facing or B2B marketplace products , including ownership of API product design, developer experience, and commercial packaging for enterprise customers. AI-native working style: you use LLMs and vibe coding as first-line tools for prototyping, not as novelties. You have built working demos, mockups, or proof-of-concepts using AI before handing work to engineering. Strong understanding of marketplace economics: take rates, supply-side incentives, demand-side optimization, and the design of platform vs. variable commercial models. Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple product teams you can synthesize roadmaps, surface dependencies, and drive cross-team alignment without owning the underlying engineering. Experience working with external enterprise partners: translating commercial needs into product requirements and managing partner expectations through multi-phase rollouts. Strong fluency with SQL and large-scale transactional or operational datasets. Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to write crisp API and product documentation. Bonus: Experience in travel commerce (lodging, cars, flights) or adjacent industries such as fintech, ads, or marketplace infrastructure. Background in connectivity, distribution, or supplier technology (GDS, channel managers, OTA APIs). Prior experience in Engineering, Data Science, or a technical role. Familiarity with auction or deduplication mechanics, dynamic pricing systems, or recommendation and ranking models.
