Come and join our global team as a Field Service Representative servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment. This remote role is based within the Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia. Responsibilities Servicing, maintaining and commissioning medical diagnostic imaging equipment Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems Controlling and completing electronic documentation Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support Qualifications Able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment Accurate and displays strong attention to detail Demonstrates ownership and accountability Exceptional communication skills Excellent planning, critical thinking and time management skills Required Skills Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma Solid computer skills Customer service experience Field service experience in the medical technology sector is an asset Valid drivers license Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions) Must have a valid passport Additional Requirements Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers'' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Proof of valid identification (photo, driver''s license, SIN), criminal background checks, immunizations and annual TB testing, healthcare training as required by specific clients.
