PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of the Community DDPS 4, the Treatment Team Leader is responsible for all clinical, programmatic and administrative functions relating to the operation of SOIRAs to which he/she is assigned Work as a team member with the other community Treatment Team Leaders in the Sunmount Community District Responsible for ensuring the health & safety of all individuals Interfaces with voluntary providers of day programs and CCOs Interfaces with families, advocates, correspondents and community organizations (such as fire departments) Plan, organize and supervise Residential Services and ensure programs meet and exceed all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations Participate in writing and reviewing Sunmount Policies and Procedures as assigned Serve as Administrator on Duty Provide oversight to the individuals personal allowance funds through routine audits Ensure incident protections are in place, complete investigations and investigate follow up Serve on committees as assigned by supervisor Supervise clinical & support staff as assigned Participate in the writing of Plans of Corrective Action following surveys Work closely with the Sunmount Community Placement Coordinator Other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Qualifications Competitive: Candidates must be reachable for appointment on the Current Civil Service Eligible List. Promotion Eligibility Current employee of OPWDD and one year of permanent competitive or 55 b/c service in one of the following titles and reachable for appointment on the Current Civil Service Eligible List: Chief Occupational Therapist, Chief Physical Therapist, Chief Recreation Therapist, Developmental Disabilities Program Specialist 1, Developmental Disabilities Program Specialist 1 (Spanish Language), Developmental Disabilities Program Specialist 2, Developmental Specialist 4, Head Occupational Therapist, Head Physical Therapist, Head Recreation Therapist, Licensed Psychologist, Mental Hygiene Nursing Program Coordinator, Nurse Administrator 1, Nurse Administrator 2, Nutrition Services Administrator 1, Nutrition Services Administrator 2, Social Work Supervisor 1, Speech Language Pathology Audiology Program Coordinator 1, Speech Language Pathology Audiology Program Coordinator 2, and Supervisor Rehabilitation Services.
