Corpay is currently looking to hire a AI Enablement Research Analyst within our cross-border payments division in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and producing B2B sales leads for the new core business units globally using our internal tools or other AI-focused methods. Successful candidates are likely to have a previous or current background in sales, with a focus on generating new leads, building pipelines, and understanding and using newer AI research methodologies to better identify new or existing prospects. This individual has no direct reports but offers indirect leadership and support to the various sales leaders across the organization. This position reports to the AI Enablement Research Manager and regularly collaborates with the Global Director, Sales Enablement, sales team members, and sales leadership within each region. How We Work As an AI Enablement Research Analyst, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the office and two days from home. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Toronto, Canada Formal, handson training Role and Responsibilities This role will develop, implement, and execute strategies using AI & other tools aimed at generating high-quality B2B leads to fuel the sales pipeline and drive revenues in North America, EMEA, and APAC Producing netnew leads across the core business using our existing tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo, D&B/Hoovers, Lusha, Clay, or other research methods, either manually or via other means Reactivate older leads from Salesforce, and provide guidance on determining which leads are most likely to convert Work with the AI Enablement Research Manager to perfect our lead scoring and prospect grading methodology in AI to determine if the existing process works or if new agents are needed Identify new opportunities with sales leadership across existing industries and new verticals or channels globally (market segmentation) Identify industry trends, pain points, decision considerations, and touchpoint preferences Build a portfolio of personas along with their roles and responsibilities Analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make datadriven decisions Prepare and present reports on lead generation performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders about conversions Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in related field Proven experience in B2B sales research, lead management, demand generation, or related roles Strong understanding of lead management principles, lead generation and nurturing strategies, and lead scoring methodologies Knowledge of sales best practices, including outbound lead generation and customer lifecycle management Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), automation platforms, and lead management tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Crunchbase, Lusha, Apollo, or D&B/Hoovers Familiarity of using AI for lead gen (or equivalent) for prospect grading and/or building a lead gen funnel to find potential prospects Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make datadriven decisions Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, including sales leadership Selfmotivation, responsibility, fast learning, an ability to work individually and collaboratively Familiarity or expertise within the global payments or FX sector is a plus Comprehensive Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision and Paramedical benefits, as of day one Optional company match RRSP program Virtual fitness classes offered companywide Discounted gym membership rate Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations Fun culture with companywide contests and prizes Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
