Summary: The Production LeaderSupervisor (National Mobility Program) is a leadership role designed to build a pipeline of qualified production leaders to support Wonderbrands manufacturing facilities outside Ontario. Location: The position will start at our Carlingview location: 514 Carlingview Drive, Etobicoke, ON. The role requires willingness and ability to relocate to any Wonderbrands facility outside of Ontario based on business needs. Shift: The role starts as a day shift during training. Candidates must be flexible to work any shift assigned based on location. Primary Responsibilities Production & Operations Leadership Lead by example and foster a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork. Provide handson leadership to Team Leaders and production crews on one or more production lines. Conduct preshift huddles and provide clear direction and performance feedback. Ensure production schedules are achieved while responding effectively to operational issues. Coordinate manpower, materials, and departmental activities to ensure smooth plant operations. People Leadership & Development Lead, coach, mentor, and train Team Leaders and Team Members. Support engagement, accountability, and capability development within teams. Act as a role model for Wonderbrands leadership behaviors and values. Safety, Quality & Compliance Enforce all Wonderbrands safety, GMP, food safety, and quality standards. Maintain a safe working environment through inspections and adherence to procedures. Assist in testing and implementation of new equipment, processes, or products. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements. Performance & Continuous Improvement Utilize Wonderbrands systems (including OMS) to support production targets and KPIs. Assist the Shift Leader in achieving daily operational performance objectives. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, cost, and efficiency. Mobility & Assignment Support Support operations at assigned facilities outside the GTA following training. Adapt quickly to new sites, teams, and operating environments. Act as a temporary or permanent LeaderSupervisor based on site requirements. Additional Responsibilities Act as a backup to the Shift Leader when required. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. Additional job responsibilities may be assigned as required. Required Experience Postsecondary education in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated leadership capability in a manufacturing or operations environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fastpaced environment. Strong problemsolving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Flexibility to work days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and varying shift schedules.
