North Vancouver, Canada | Posted on 03/13/2026 We are currently seeking hardscapers, landscape installers, paverlayers, bricklayers, and others with landscape construction experience to serve as CREW LEADERS on our growing company. Responsibilities Oversee construction of landscape features including retaining walls, artificial grass, decks, fences, sod installation, paving stones, walkways, driveways, excavation, and planting. Coordinate work across 34 trades such as concrete, landscaping, carpentry, masonry, and planting. Manage a crew of 13 people, ensuring high quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to project timelines. Operate company truck and trailer (1014ft) as required. Communicate schedules, site status, and performance expectations to crew and supervisors. Follow company procedures, policies, and local regulations. Qualifications Drivers license preferred; ability to operate pickup trucks and trailers up to 1014ft. Minimum 2years of landscape construction experience. Experience leading a crew of 13 people (required). Proficiency in multiple aspects of the landscape construction industry (desired). Strong learning agility, time management, and reliability. High work ethic, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement. Positive team player, goal-oriented, and willing to stay longterm with the company.
