Empower patients in their hemodialysis journey as a Registered Practical Nurse. Bring your skills in nursing and patient education to a role focused on innovative care delivery. In this permanent full-time position, you'll manage comprehensive care for patients in the Hemodialysis Unit. We're looking for candidates with a nursing diploma and at least 1-2 years in acute care, ideally with a background in hemodialysis. Demonstrating strong judgment and effective communication skills will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of care for hemodialysis patients Provide necessary education and follow-up with patients Actively participate in quality assurance projects Carry out mandatory RPN tasks as directed Requirements: Registered as a Practical Nurse in Ontario Minimum of 1-2 years in acute care Hemodialysis experience is a plus Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities Basic computer knowledge with Meditech experience beneficial Contribute to a transformative healthcare environment where your nursing expertise will enhance patient lives and foster a culture of care and inclusivity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
