Apply via the website: of Position Provide a variety of human resources administrative support in the areas of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, leaves management, preparing letters, data entry, filing, etc. Description of Duties Screen and provide potential candidates to hiring managers for the interview process, conduct reference checks, provide Employment Offers, etc. Plan and participate in job fairs and recruitment activities. Support the facilitation of onboarding process including connecting with all new hires on documentation requirements, informing IT and other internal stakeholders, creating and providing new employees with building security access and keys. Support the administration of surveys for employees with the organization for the past three months; analyze data and produce regular reports for management. Support the offboarding process when employees leave the organization; facilitate the return of all organizational equipment and resources and liaise with IT and security to terminate access. Support in scheduling and administering exit interviews for staff leaving the organization. Assist with other administrative duties such as preparing letters, filing, data entry, keeping the organizational chart up to date, etc. Qualifications University degree or college certificate in Human Resources or related field. Completed or currently pursuing a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Proficient with PC computer environment; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, nonverbal, written). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with families as necessary.
