Build the Future. Lead Through Innovation. Drive Real Impact. Develop senior relationship contacts within defined customer organization to drive the execution of account strategy. Design and execute account development strategy focused on managing a portfolio of accounts that are of strategic, long-term importance to the organization. What You''ll Do Lead the development of assigned large/complex accounts operating in Nuclear segment through account standardization, project specification, sales development (direct or indirect) and multi-level relationship management Responsible for multiple regional large/complex hierarchies with annual sales volume $2M-$5M Accountable for supporting development of the long-term strategy of the assigned accounts, supports implementation Responsible for YoY profit growth of assigned accounts Ownership of the accounts project pipeline and proactive build-up with capture teams to drive the aligned focus projects and increase share of wallet Maintains effective communication throughout the team and company. Develops local opportunity pipeline Works with operational teams, designers, engineers, project team members and departments to ensure customer partnership success Self-driven and working autonomously to create own planning and tasks to reach targets Able to influence internal and external stakeholders Project Management capabilities to manage complexity of system selling across C-suite customers Accountable for local sales development (direct or indirect) through specifications, long-term relationship build-up, and execution of account strategy. What Youll Bring Bachelor of Science in Sales, Marketing, Management, Structural or Civil Engineering, required Seven (7) years of outside sales experience, required Participate in the international business travel, to the United States for your initial training. Please note that any travel visa requirements will be your responsibility to obtain and need to be in hand before applying Experience in Nuclear industry, preferred Lean Explorer certified, preferred Leadership experience, preferred Whats In It for You The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skills sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is for this particular job posting. Please be advised that a different location may result in a different range. At Hilti, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 - $118,000, with bonus of $22,405 at target.
