Our client is one of the leaders in the wind energy industry- in both product manufacturing, O&M and construction services. We are now looking for an experienced (2-5 years) Claims Manager that will have the chance to support different teams in this area globally. In this role, you will manage and resolve claims with our subcontractors and supplier during the service period of global fleet . This is a great chance to gain experience on an international basis.Additionally, you will have to find new solutions for new challenges every day, and will work in a multicultural environment.YOUR TASKSInvestigating claims and determining liability in accordance with our contracts as well as any applicable laws and regulationsNegotiating claims with supplier and subcontractor in cooperation with sourcingDrafting of notices of liability, claims and settlement agreements, in cooperation with the service regions and service back-office team as well as our Sourcing, Legal and Insurance departmentsMaintaining records of all claims and related documentationSupporting Service Regions in claim activitiesAnalyze and report our claims, effectively communicate the resulting 'lessons learned' within the company and optimize our claim and contract management processYOUR PROFILEStudies in business administration, law, or alternatively industrial engineering or other relevant experience/ backgroundPractical experience in claim management or similar backgroundYou have a strong interest in complex, technical issues and have a good eye for detailsYou are not afraid to give your opinion and stand your groundYou enjoy working in international teamsYou are fluent in written and spoken EnglishGerman, Portuguese or Spanish as an additional language will be a plusPACKAGE AND BENEFITSPermanent contractAttractive salary and bonus schemeThe possibility to work on international projectTransport card2 days of home officeLower prices in the company's canteenTrainingsCompany tools
