Guided by a global team and empowered local market units, they are now preparing to launch in Germany.Role OverviewThe company is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager with strong ABM and content activation experience to join their Berlin-based team. This role is ideal for a marketer who knows how to turn content into conversations, leads, and pipeline.To succeed in this role, the candidate must be a native German speaker with excellent English skills, able to navigate local market nuances while collaborating with global teams.The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing Germany to identify and target high-value developer and architect accounts, structure campaigns, and drive measurable growth. This is a high-impact position that blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.You will also collaborate with the global marketing team to localize messaging, assets, and campaigns — ensuring maximum relevance and impact in the DACH region.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-potential developer and architect accountsDevelop and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns (e.g., email/CRM, LinkedIn, paid ads, website, SEO) with a clear focus on pipeline generation and ROILocalize and adapt content from the global team — including articles, videos, case studies, and social media posts — to suit regional audiencesTrack and analyze campaign performance (e.g., account engagement, lead quality, conversion metrics) and continuously iterate for improvementWork closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with account strategies and outreach cyclesSupport the German market launch in July 2025, coordinating efforts across PR, Sales, and global teamsContribute to local event marketing, industry association outreach (e.g., GdW, BfW), and pre/post event follow-up campaignsWhat They’re Looking For4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in growth, ABM, or performance marketing rolesProven ability to operate in sales-driven environments with a deep understanding of marketing funnelsNative-level German and excellent English — both written and spokenStrong copywriting and localization skills for B2B audiencesFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.Bonus: experience in construction, architecture, proptech, or real estate developmentData-informed, proactive, and comfortable testing, learning, and optimizingA self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, startup environmentsWhat the Company OffersCompetitive salary and benefitsFlexible hybrid working setup with a home base in BerlinThe opportunity to shape the future of construction and urban developmentCollaboration with world-class talent in AI, robotics, architecture, and designA key role in driving go-to-market efforts in a high-growth company from day one
