With our mission to improve the health and safety of patients, we are focused on delivering the highest quality of services throughout the full product lifecycle.Job SummarySupporting the PV team with local literature search and surveillance, as well as providing administrative and technical assistance to ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements.Essential FunctionsConducts regular local literature searches in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.Supports documentation and archiving of literature search results and safety relevant findings.Provides administrative support for PV-related activities on ad hoc basis.Collaborates with cross-functional teams including regulatory and quality assurance departments.Necessary Skills and ExperienceBasic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles or strong interest in drug safety/Pharmacovigilance.Good understanding of scientific literature and medical terminology.Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of the local language (preferably German) to be screened is essential for literature review.Good organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Document management systems or PV databases is a plus.Able to work within a team in an open and professional manner.Educational RequirementsEnrolment in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.Experience RequirementsPrevious experience or coursework in PV or RA is advantageous, but not mandatory.
