Our clients include major national and international brands, associations, governmental institutions, and media companies.To reinforce our team, we are looking for an:PR Account Manager Strategy/Conception Your responsibilities:Conception of creative campaigns and communication strategies for clients from the fields of politics, nation branding, business and media from the German and international marketsLead a team of 6 to 8 conceptioners & strategistsLiaise with mc Group´s staff and other external stakeholders to develop and implement a robust communication strategyIn charge of the whole tendering process, from the identification of the business opportunity to the submission of the proposalCoordinate priorities and resources among multiple projectsEnsure high quality of all communication strategies developed for the tender processes.Preparing workplans and budgets, and supporting the bid team in the development of proposalsCompile proposal documents in a structured format as per the standards of the tendering institution in a timely mannerReport directly to the CEOYour profileAt least a bachelors´ degree in communication, marketing, public relations or journalismOver 4 years of experience delivering successful bids or experience in account management in contexts relevant to mc Group or PRComprehensive experience and understanding of the Bid Management process (preferably at the international level) would be an assetStrong, professional bid/account management skillsThe ability to successfully manage a teamStrong negotiation skills with the ability to deal with partner agencies, our network, suppliers and other parts of the business (stakeholder management skills).A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skillsAn ability to successfully manage change in a fast-paced environmentYou have excellent English written and spoken skills.
