Director, Leasing Broadgate's client, a global real estate firm, are looking for a highly motivated Director of Leasing to provide leasing expertise and support on a key project within our asset-management team. In this role, you will be overseeing the leasing of a €200M+ market leading redevelopment and re positioning. You will be responsible for participating in the development of the leasing strategy, leading broker relations and directly managing all aspects of leasing transaction including prospecting, responding to inquiries, touring, drafting offers, lease negotiations and managing tenant relations before, during and after fit-out. You will be a key member of an engaged, high-reaching team—part of a world-class, winning culture that prioritises people development and focuses on long-term growth.  Roles & Responsibilities Actively partake in new tenant prospecting and business developmentNegotiate offers and leases with assistance from inside and outside counselLead day-to-day leasing responsibilities, and those of your team to meet the leasing objectives of the asset ensuring that all current and upcoming vacancies are ready for immediate occupancy and KPIs are metDevelop and implement marketing strategies to increase portfolio occupancy and maximise rentsLiaison with the larger asset management team, brokers, tenants, legal and property management to achieve leasing goals and to resolve any tenant conflicts regarding leasing mattersExecute outstanding prospective tenant tours, presentations and client meetingsBuilding and maintaining excellent long term relationships with the real estate brokerage community, existing tenants and owners is essential to the positionMaintain current network of contacts while gaining exposure to international tenants and representativesPrepare the annual leasing budget and provide quarterly updates and presentations to all key stakeholdersTo succeed in this role, you have:Minimum 5-10 years of leasing experienceDemonstrate a strong set of existing tenant and broker relationship across the Berlin marketFluent in German and English
