Facilities Manager - BerlinBioTalent is currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical organisation specialising in clinical trials. They are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Manager to oversee all technical operations at the Berlin site and support inspections by external auditors and clients.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Maintenance & Repairs: Plan and manage all maintenance, renovations, and minor repair tasks.Ensure Compliance & Safety: Maintain equipment to meet health, safety, and pharmaceutical standards, including qualifications.Handle Documentation & Inspections: Document maintenance activities, support inspections, and communicate with clients as needed.Track Resources & Admin Tasks: Monitor resource usage, optimize costs, and perform light administrative duties.Requirements:Skilled and Experienced: Vocational training with solid experience in facility or building management.Technically Proficient: Strong in maintenance, technical operations, and basic commercial tasks.Reliable and Team-Oriented: Organized, committed, and works well independently or in a team.Language & Compliance: Fluent in German and English.Cleared for aviation security checks.This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in a global leader whilst working at the forefront of science with a strong culture of collaboration.
