Within its two divisions, the family business with more than 255 years of experience develops innovative products and services.To strengthen our department Sales Europe Flexo & Gravure in Celle we are looking for aSales Manager DACH UV Flexo (m/f/d)PermanentResponsibilitiesEnsure delivery of objectives in sales growth, profitability and service concepts with accounts in the designated regionsEstablish, develop and manage 1st class sustainable commercial relationships with existing, new and strategic customersAssume account management responsibilities for agreed customersSupport the European Business Development Director UV Flexo with preparation of local sales budgets and targetsDevelop account management plans and target customer strategies to deliver market growthCapture all customer data, activities and contact opportunity trackers and toolsManage product and service needs of customers and keep abreast of technical performance of products suppliedReviewing, capturing and updating upon customer forecasting and demandQualificationsComprehensive industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables and or printing (Flexographic, Screen or Gravure), ideally with experience in UV FlexoExperience in all aspects of customer relationship managementProven track record for succeeding with new business growth and customerGood knowledge of colour theory and ink management toolsIT skills - competence in the use of MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)SAP experience ideal, but not necessaryFull Clean driving licenceWe offerFreedom in the implementation of your tasks : We trust our employees, that is why you will work independently on important projects.
