Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation (EMEA), you will work closely with Digital, Content/Brand, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to create impactful content and campaigns across paid and owned channels.What will you do?As Regional Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to specific regions, aligning with global goals while addressing local market needs to boost brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.Campaign Management (Key Focus)Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, print, events, and socialCollaborate with Digital, Creative, and Content teams to localize assets and messagingManage timelines, budgets, and performance to ensure campaign successPlan and execute regional events, trade shows, and sponsorshipsAmplify content to build thought leadership and generate demandStrategy, Brand & CollaborationDevelop regional plans based on market insights and aligned with global goalsAdapt brand messaging for local relevance and consistencyPartner closely with Sales and global marketing teams to drive resultsOversee agencies and track campaign performance to inform future planningWho are you?Proficient in German and English (French is a plus)Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing with hands-on demand gen experience, preferably in the SaaS technology spaceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent marketing/ business-related education and experienceExperience building and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channelsData-driven individual with experience in utilizing insights and data to shape work that drives performanceOrganized, able to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment, good communicator (in both the written and verbal form) with a desire to improve processesCan Do Attitude: Highly motivated, self-starter who can quickly adapt in a dynamic work environmentWilling to travelWhat’s in it for you?An up- to- market salary package, including pension and an annual bonusHybrid working: 2 days a week in the officeTravel expenses are reimbursedWFH Allowance: We will support your ideal home office setup with a monthly allowance25 days of vacation and the ability to buy 10 moreLaptop of your preference + IT Budget for peripheralsPension contribution on top of your salaryWork in an international environment alongside talented people from all over the worldHave a fresh perspective?
