What will you doAs a CRM Manager, you play an important role in the implementation of our sales and marketing strategy in the Building Solutions & Technologies business area in the German market. You are a crucial link between the German sales and marketing teams and the European team.How will you do itLead and develop projects to enhance our CRCollaborate with marketing to refine customer segmentation and targeting strategies.Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce accounts, providing essential user support.Facilitate system changes, including upgrades and data migrations, through comprehensive testing.Work closely with sales teams to maximize the use of Salesforce data for revenue growth.Create training materials and deliver workshops to empower Salesforce users.Generate actionable reports and dashboards to inform management decisions.Ensure alignment of regional activities with enterprise initiatives and enhance operational effectiveness.What we look forRequiredMinimum 4-5 years of solid experience in a similar role as a responsible person in the field of CRMAdministrator experience in Salesforce.com in a larger companyFluency in German and proficient in English.High degree of team spirit, flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and curiosityProficiency in using MS Office 365Ability to meet goals on time in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, always working with great accuracyPreferredYou have a relevant completed degree or comparable trainingExperience from a matrix organizationDefine KPIs to monitor success and drive improvements across processes#LI-MP1#LI-Hybrid
