Destination Marketing Coordinator / Partnerships Coordinator (m/f/d)Wertheim VillageAbout the role:As our Destination Marketing Coordinator / Partnerships Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be supporting the Partnerships Team. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including but not limited to supporting partnerships initiatives, account management, business development, reporting and event management.Key responsibilities:The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.Prepare reports:Produce weekly / monthly and quarterly internal reports in line with business requirementsChecking for data integrity and accuracy in the Salesforce and Power BI DatabasePartnerships activations:Assist partnership managers create new marketing campaigns and activitiesSupport Partnerships Team in execution of campaigns and on-site eventsManage budget and POs:Ongoing follow up of the departmental budget including associated documentation such as New Supplier Forms and reforecasts are implementedProcess invoices for payment by raising purchase orders and goods received notes from the teamPresentations and trackersAssist the team to prepare proposals and presentations for the senior management teamCreate, update, and analyse Excel spreadsheets to track performance and activitiesTravel trade account management:Shopping Express: planning management, issues management, vinyl, hostess management, redemptions and reportingPower BI and Salesforce:Provide Power BI and Salesforce trainings to the team, ensure that all team members can run the reportLiaise with Salesforce developers to help the team solve group booking issues in a timely mannerPartnership Benefit Management:Support senior partnership managers to create benefit links for new partnersSupport the team and managers to create F&B benefit links for tactical campaigns (Hotel partners, local attractions, Alipay student campaign)Event managementSupport partnership team in organising and managing VIP eventsAbout You:We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:Degree education or equivalent qualification is preferrableExperience in business developmentComputer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Power BIDemonstrate confidence when communicating with external business partnersAble to work well with all levels across the businessExcellent organization and priortisation skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervisionFluent in English and German language, any other European language would be beneficial
