Krebsmedikamente.Your key responsibilitiesResponsible for monitoring and delivery of CAPEX projects for mainly our site in RegensburgHelping to improve and further develop project standards, tools and processesCreating and scheduling of project plans that will meet the projects objectives through the Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification phasesDefine scope of work and deliverables together with the relevant project sponsor / E2E Lead to support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersClarifying roles and responsibilities within the project organization and developing full-scale project plans and associated project governance on siteEstablishing the project team, structure and functions necessary to reach the project goals and ensures appropriate coaching/development/performanceTransparent communication within the project organization and at interfaces and with stakeholders; mediating and hands-on in case of problemsReporting regularly, including project progress reports, to ensure that it''s on track and identify any potential issuesSupport and optimization of existing systemsYour profileDegree or equivalent in Engineering or related science discipline with relevant experience in CAPEX projectsExtensive experience in the design, construction, and qualification of medium to large cGMP pharmaceutical facilities, with at least one major Greenfield project successfully completedProven ability to manage multiple priorities to oversee scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring quality and safety standards are met and project issues are resolved efficientlyExperienced in coordinating and managing internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractorsSolid understanding of design principles and standards specific to pharmaceutical facilities, with the ability to assess plant issues and develop effective solutionsHighly motivated, independent, and driven, with strong decision-making and communication skillsFluent in English; German is a plusYour motivationAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
