Key Responsibilities:Audience Segmentation & CRM StrategyOwn the strategy and execution of user segmentation using CDPs, CRMs, and analytics platforms.Build and manage dynamic user cohorts based on behavior, interests, demographics, and funnel stage.Drive lifecycle marketing strategies — including onboarding, re-engagement, and upsell paths — to optimize user value.Subscription & Funnel GrowthCollaborate with Product to design and test targeted experiences around regwall and paywall flows.Identify conversion levers and propose personalized journeys and messaging to achieve meaningful increase in free-to-paid conversion rates.Develop multi-channel campaigns (email, onsite, push, etc.) tailored to key audience segments.Personalization & Content ExperienceWork with Editorial and Product teams to align content targeting with user preferences and segment profiles.Inform personalization logic and content programming to increase engagement and satisfaction.Marketing Audience CreationAssist development of audience strategies for branded campaigns, creating premium segments for onsite marketing activations.Partner with the Commercial/Partnerships team to translate audience insights into value propositions for advertisers.You’ll need:4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or CRM with strong focus on segmentation and user journey optimization.Experience in promoting products within a recurring revenue, subscription or membership business model, with a track record of success in this areaHands-on experience with marketing tools like Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce, Piano, or similar.Working knowledge of DMP/CDP platforms, data tagging (GTM, GA4), and A/B testing tools.Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.Excellent collaboration skills across teams — especially Product, Content, and Sales.Bonus: experience working in a media, publishing, or content-driven environment.
