This role is essential for supporting our team's growth and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.Your main responsibilities will include:Operations & Office ManagementBuilding Maintenance Coordination and Liaison: Serve as main point of contact with building management, including weekly calls with the lessor to monitor maintenance issuesSafety & Compliance: Ensure the office complies with local safety regulations, manage mandatory visual displays, organize annual safety training sessions, and maintain proper documentationGeneral Office Administration: Order stationery, manage office supplies, and organize weekly team breakfastsLogistics for Visitors and Events: Support international guests and colleagues visiting from Bulgaria, including travel coordination and local arrangements.
