This mid-senior level role offers the opportunity to work with Gotion's full product portfolio—including EV batteries, energy storage systems, consumer batteries, industrial power solutions, and more. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue across a wide range of applications and industries.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and manage sales opportunities across Gotion’s complete battery portfolio, including but not limited to EV batteries, energy storage systems, consumer electronics batteries, and industrial applicationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners in EuropeCreate and present tailored proposals and product solutions to meet diverse customer needsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategiesCollaborate closely with technical, R&D, and product teams to ensure solutions align with customer requirementsNegotiate contracts and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closingRepresent Gotion at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings across EuropeDeliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadershipComplete other work tasks assigned by the line managerQualitficationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the battery, electronics, automotive, or energy industriesDemonstrated success in managing complex sales across multiple product lines and customer segmentsEnglish working proficiency, German is a plus
